A campaign is four steps: the name, subject and From address; the design, from a template or your own; the audience, counted while you choose it; and a review page that shows exactly who, how many and what it costs against your quota. Then Send now, or Schedule.

A template holds the design and the wording. Every brokerage starts with six: Newsletter, Just listed, Open house, Market update, Seller tip and Postcard. Open one, change what you like, and it is ready for the next campaign.
An email campaign only ever reaches contacts who have email marketing consent on their record and have not unsubscribed. That is applied twice: once when the audience is counted and queued, and again for each person at the moment their email is about to leave.
unsubscribed_or_no_opt_inConsent was withdrawn after the campaign was scheduled. The check at send time caught it, so nothing went out.

invalid_from_domainThe From address is not covered by the email or domain you verified.
Verify an email or domain in Settings → White Label first.
cancelledYou pressed Cancel campaign while it was sending. Nobody after that point received it, and nobody received it twice.
Canada's anti-spam legislation treats a marketing email exactly as it treats a text: consent first, the sender identified, and an unsubscribe that works and is honoured within ten business days. The tools above enforce what the platform can see. Who is contacted, and on what consent, is the brokerage's decision under our Terms, §14; the same rules, and how we record consent, are set out on the Mass SMS page.
Six numbers on top, opens over time underneath, and a row for every recipient. Export the CSV and the reason column answers "why did these not send" without a support ticket.

Your plan includes a number of marketing emails per billing period, and add-on packs raise it. That is the pool. The admin sends from it directly and gives each agent a monthly allocation of their own, so one busy agent cannot spend the brokerage's month in an afternoon.
Email campaigns and email templates are part of the Dominance AI plan, alongside the marketing centre, the AI Assistant and AI Valuation. Segments, templates and the Insert picker are shared with the rest of Marketing Studio, so the audience you build for a text is the audience you can email.
Unlimited agents. 500 marketing emails per billing period included, with add-on packs of 5,000, 25,000 or 50,000 more when you need them.
Texting, the inbox and Automation Flows are the Automated AI Lead Engine add-on, which sits on Growth or Dominance AI.
Brokerages on Dominance AI. The brokerage admin always can. An agent can once the admin has switched on Email marketing for them and given them a monthly allocation, and an agent's audience is their own contacts only.
From your portal contacts, in one of three ways: everyone, one purpose such as newsletter, or only the contacts you own. Only people with email marketing consent who have not unsubscribed are eligible. The count is shown while you choose and again on the review page, and each person is checked once more at the moment their email is sent.
Yes, while it is Scheduled or Sending. Everyone not yet reached is marked as cancelled, nobody receives it twice, and the report shows exactly where it stopped. Mass SMS is different: a text campaign cannot be cancelled once it starts.
The From address must be the email, or on the domain, you verified under Settings → White Label. The review page tells you if it is not, and the send is refused rather than delivered from an address you do not control.
Their record flips immediately and they are excluded from every later campaign. Every email carries the one-click unsubscribe headers mail apps use for their own button, plus the unsubscribe link in the footer. A junk report from their mail provider unsubscribes them the same way.
Your plan's included emails per billing period plus any add-on packs. The admin gives each agent a monthly share. A campaign larger than what remains is refused before anything is queued, with the two numbers in the message, so you can trim the audience or add a pack.
Opens are reported by the recipient's mail app, and some apps pre-load images on the reader's behalf, which registers as an open. Treat opens as a trend and clicks as the firmer number. Bounces and unsubscribes are exact, because they come from the mail provider itself.
On Dominance AI your first campaign is a template, an audience counted while you choose it, and a review page that shows the quota before you press Send. The report is waiting when the opens come in.
