Marketing Studio · Email Campaigns & Email Templates

One email to the whole audience, with the count and the quota shown before you send.

A campaign is four steps: the name, subject and From address; the design, from a template or your own; the audience, counted while you choose it; and a review page that shows exactly who, how many and what it costs against your quota. Then Send now, or Schedule.

Email Templates

Six starters, a drag-and-drop designer, and the same Insert picker.

A template holds the design and the wording. Every brokerage starts with six: Newsletter, Just listed, Open house, Market update, Seller tip and Postcard. Open one, change what you like, and it is ready for the next campaign.

  • Drag-and-drop designer. Sections, columns, images, buttons and text blocks, laid out the way mail apps render reliably. Designers who bring their own markup use Paste HTML and Export HTML.
  • Images are hosted for you. An image you drop in is uploaded and served from your brokerage. A template with an image that never finished uploading cannot be sent, so nothing arrives broken.
  • Merge values through the same Insert picker as everywhere else: the contact's name, your brokerage name, your site link, and the unsubscribe link every campaign email carries.
  • Shared or yours. Starters and templates made by an admin are shared with every agent, read-only. Duplicate makes a private copy an agent can edit and delete.
  • Starters improve without touching your work. When we refresh a starter design, the update reaches every brokerage. Your own templates are never changed.
infoDeleting a template does not affect campaigns already sent with it. Each campaign keeps its own copy of the design from the moment it was queued.
The report

What happened, down to the person.

Six numbers on top, opens over time underneath, and a row for every recipient. Export the CSV and the reason column answers "why did these not send" without a support ticket.

  • Sent and Delivered are different numbers on purpose. Sent is what left; Delivered is what the recipient's mail provider accepted. The gap is your bounces.
  • Opens and clicks arrive as events from the mail provider, so the report updates for days after the send, not just on the morning of.
  • Bounces and unsubscribes come back the same way, and each one updates the contact's record, not just this campaign's count.
  • Read opens as a trend. Some mail apps pre-load images on the reader's behalf, which registers as an open. Clicks are the firmer number, and the timeline shows the shape either way.
  • The CSV has a reason column. Name, email, status, reason, opened and clicked, for every recipient, including the ones who were skipped and why.
  • Cancelled while sending? The report still shows exactly who received it before you stopped, and lists the rest as cancelled.

Quota and access

A pool per billing period, shared out by the admin.

Your plan includes a number of marketing emails per billing period, and add-on packs raise it. That is the pool. The admin sends from it directly and gives each agent a monthly allocation of their own, so one busy agent cannot spend the brokerage's month in an afternoon.

  • Agents see what they have left. "900 / 1,000 emails left this month" sits above every campaign an agent drafts, and their audience is their own contacts only.
  • A campaign is refused before it is queued if the audience is larger than what remains, with the two numbers in the message. Nothing partial goes out.
  • Scheduled campaigns start on the minute you chose, and sending runs in steady batches from RealViu's sending service, so a large audience is delivered evenly rather than in a burst that mail providers throttle.
  • Cancel while Scheduled or Sending and the people not yet reached are marked as cancelled. Nobody is sent to twice, and the report shows exactly where it stopped.
Where it lives

Comes with Dominance AI.

Email campaigns and email templates are part of the Dominance AI plan, alongside the marketing centre, the AI Assistant and AI Valuation. Segments, templates and the Insert picker are shared with the rest of Marketing Studio, so the audience you build for a text is the audience you can email.

Questions

Before your first send.

Who can send an email campaign?

Brokerages on Dominance AI. The brokerage admin always can. An agent can once the admin has switched on Email marketing for them and given them a monthly allocation, and an agent's audience is their own contacts only.

Where does the audience come from?

From your portal contacts, in one of three ways: everyone, one purpose such as newsletter, or only the contacts you own. Only people with email marketing consent who have not unsubscribed are eligible. The count is shown while you choose and again on the review page, and each person is checked once more at the moment their email is sent.

Can I cancel a campaign?

Yes, while it is Scheduled or Sending. Everyone not yet reached is marked as cancelled, nobody receives it twice, and the report shows exactly where it stopped. Mass SMS is different: a text campaign cannot be cancelled once it starts.

What address does a campaign come from?

The From address must be the email, or on the domain, you verified under Settings → White Label. The review page tells you if it is not, and the send is refused rather than delivered from an address you do not control.

What happens when someone unsubscribes or marks it as junk?

Their record flips immediately and they are excluded from every later campaign. Every email carries the one-click unsubscribe headers mail apps use for their own button, plus the unsubscribe link in the footer. A junk report from their mail provider unsubscribes them the same way.

What is the quota, and what happens when I run out?

Your plan's included emails per billing period plus any add-on packs. The admin gives each agent a monthly share. A campaign larger than what remains is refused before anything is queued, with the two numbers in the message, so you can trim the audience or add a pack.

Are opens accurate?

Opens are reported by the recipient's mail app, and some apps pre-load images on the reader's behalf, which registers as an open. Treat opens as a trend and clicks as the firmer number. Bounces and unsubscribes are exact, because they come from the mail provider itself.

Ready when you are

Count it. Check it. Send it.

On Dominance AI your first campaign is a template, an audience counted while you choose it, and a review page that shows the quota before you press Send. The report is waiting when the opens come in.
