Partnership

Build something that works with RealViu.

We integrate with the tools Canadian agents already run: CRMs, listing feeds, e-signature, lead sources, media production. No fees in either direction, no reseller agreements, no exclusivity. Just two products that work better connected.

Where we connect

Five places an integration earns its keep.

These are the seams where our customers currently copy data by hand. If your product sits on one of them, an integration removes real work for a real person, which is the only test we apply.

CRMCRM and lead management

Every enquiry from a RealViu site, contact forms, saved-search signups, showing requests, pushed into your system with source and consent state intact, and contact updates flowing back.

The seam: agents re-typing leads out of email into a CRM

Listing dataListing data and feeds

Feed providers and board technology vendors whose data our customers are already licensed to display. Cleaner field mapping, fewer stalled syncs, faster onboarding for a shared client.

The seam: a new client waiting days for their feed to appear

TransactionsE-signature and transactions

Documents raised from a listing or a contact without leaving the platform, and signed status reflected back where the agent is already working.

The seam: downloading a PDF to upload it somewhere else

MediaMedia and production

Photography, video, floor plans and virtual tours delivered straight onto the listing page they belong to. We know this one well. We built Realview Hub for exactly this workflow.

The seam: media arriving by download link and being placed by hand

MarketingMarketing and communications

Email, SMS and ad platforms reading our audience and event data, with consent basis and unsubscribe state carried across, because under CASL the sender carries the burden of proof.

The seam: exported CSVs that lose their consent record on the way

Something else?Not on the list

If your product removes a weekly manual step for a Canadian brokerage and it isn't one of these five, tell us anyway. The test is the work it removes, not the category.

The arrangement

No money changes hands.

We don't pay for placement and we don't charge for it. Both sides invest engineering time because the connected product is worth more to a shared customer than either half alone. That's the whole deal, and it keeps the conversation about the work.

$0Placement fees, either direction
0%Revenue share or referral fee

1Named engineer on each side, after launch too

What we bring

  • A documented REST API and webhooks over the objects that matter: sites, listings, leads, contacts and form submissions.
  • Sandbox credentials and a test account with realistic data, before you write anything.
  • A named engineer for the build, reachable in a shared channel rather than a ticket queue.
  • A listing on this page and in the in-product integrations directory, with your logo and a link.
  • Joint documentation, and a walkthrough in our help centre written by us, not by you.
  • Co-marketing when there's something real to announce: a launch post, a webinar, a case study with a shared customer.

What we ask

  • A stable, documented API on your side, or a genuine willingness to build one for this.
  • An engineering contact who can answer within a couple of days during the build.
  • Someone who owns the integration after launch. Most integrations don't break at launch; they break six months later, quietly.
  • Honest data handling: you tell us what you store, where it lives, and who your sub-processors are. Our customers' clients are Canadian consumers.
  • No claims about RealViu we haven't agreed. Our brand guidelines cover logo and naming use.
  • A reciprocal listing on your own integrations page, where you have one.
How it goes

Four steps, and we'll tell you early if it isn't one.

  1. 1A call

Twenty minutes with someone technical. We establish the seam, the direction data flows, and whether either side's customers actually want it.

    Week one
  2. 2Scope on one page

Endpoints, objects, auth, error handling, who owns support for what. One page, both signatures, no lawyers unless data processing requires it.

    Week one to two
  3. 3Build in sandbox

You get credentials and a seeded test account. A shared channel, a named engineer, and a working prototype before anything touches a customer.

    Two to six weeks
  4. 4Launch together

Docs in both help centres, a listing on both sites, and an announcement if there's something worth announcing. Then a named owner on each side.

Fit

We say no more often than yes.

An integration nobody uses costs both companies maintenance forever. We'd rather decline in the first call than ship something that quietly rots.

Yes

You already have Canadian real estate customers, and some of them are ours.

No

It's a directory listing or a logo swap with no engineering behind it.

Yes

The integration removes a manual step someone performs weekly, not a feature that demos well.

No

It needs to store, resell or train on MLS® listing data. That isn't ours to license.

Yes

Your product does something we have no intention of building ourselves.

No

It's a competing website product looking for distribution to our customer base.

Before the first callOne constraint worth knowing

MLS® listing data reaches our customers' sites under licences held by their brokerage, not by us, and not by you. Those licences restrict what may be done with the data: no resale, no redistribution, no model training, no derived analytics products, and no third-party branding on pages showing pooled listing content.

If your product needs to read listing data, that's a solvable conversation. It usually means your own board or CREA agreement. If it needs to store or resell listing data, we can't be the source. Everything else, leads, contacts, media, documents, analytics on our own platform events, is unaffected.

Book the call

Twenty minutes, an engineer on the call.

No deck, no discovery sequence. Tell us what your product does and where you think the seam is, and we'll tell you on the call whether we're interested and what it would take.

Bring to the call
  • A link to your API docs, even if they're rough
  • The one workflow you want to remove
  • Roughly how many Canadian real estate customers you have
  • Who'd own it on your side after launch
