A visitor types a sentence at 11 pm. The assistant finds the townhouses that match, values the one they own, explains how the site works from your own material, and asks for their details only when there is a property to attach them to. It says it is AI, and it never answers from the open internet.
There is no menu and no mode picker. The visitor types, and what comes back depends on what they asked: an explanation from your material, a search, or a valuation.
A help answer. Retrieved from your Knowledge base and the built-in guide to the site. Word for word by default; with an AI key, written in its own words from that material only.
A search. On the $199 tier the sentence pre-fills the search form, with nothing decided for the visitor. On the $249 tier the results come straight back, as in the frame above.
A valuation. The same engine behind your valuation funnel, started from the chat. On the $249 tier the estimate arrives with its comparable sales, gated the way sold data always is.
The higher tier connects the assistant to the RealViu Data Centre. A visitor's sentence becomes a live listing search, a question about one property is answered from that listing's full record, and an estimate comes back with the sales behind it.
Buyers ask about the street before they ask about the house. On the $249 tier the assistant answers "what is near it" with real places and distances, and every listing page on your site carries the neighbourhood's census picture for the questions that follow.
Households: families 68% · living alone 22% · other 10%. Mother tongue: English, Mandarin, Farsi, Russian.
A chatbot answering legal and financial questions in a brokerage's name is the failure everyone has seen. The assistant is shaped so that it cannot become one.
Answers are retrieved from your Knowledge base and the site guide first, and a model, when one is on, may only write from what was retrieved. Nothing comes from the open internet.
The panel carries "Can use AI" at all times, whether a given reply was generated or returned word for word. It never pretends to be a person and never speaks for an agent.
The short form appears only after one named property is in the conversation, and only if you switched it on. The enquiry lands in your CRM attached to that listing.
Comparable sales and sold prices need a signed-in visitor who has accepted the MLS® terms. The assistant is told why it is locked, and says so in plain words.
When RealViu supplies the AI key, your portal shows the month's ceiling and what has been used. When it is reached, the assistant keeps answering from your articles. It never goes quiet.
A conversation stays in the visitor's own browser across tabs and refreshes, expires on its own, and New chat wipes it. Search results and prices are never restored stale.
The assistant is a fifth hero search mode, next to address search, city search and home valuation. Pick it and the home page opens with one wide input; a message expands the conversation inside the hero. On every other page it is the floating bubble, and on a phone it opens as a bottom sheet.
Both are add-ons to Growth, switched on or off at any time and billed pro rata alongside your plan. A brokerage holds one or the other, never both. On Dominance AI the assistant, with property search, is included.
The customer-facing assistant on your website, answering from your Knowledge base and your feed.
Answers word for word without an AI key. It never stops answering.
Everything in the $199 tier, plus live listing search, neighbourhood places and valuations from the RealViu Data Centre.
Upgrading swaps the $199 tier for this one. You are never billed for both.
Included in Dominance AI. The $999 plan carries the assistant with property search, alongside AI Valuation V2, the marketing centre and the automatic CRM. See the plans
Your Knowledge base, the built-in guide to how the site works, and your listing feed. When an AI key is on, a model may write an answer in its own words, but only from the material that was retrieved for that question. Nothing is answered from the open internet, and a question outside that material gets a plain sentence saying so.
Both answer from your material, start a valuation and capture an enquiry. The $249 tier adds live property search from a plain sentence, answers about one listing from its full record, estimates with comparable sales, and nearby places with distances, all from the RealViu Data Centre. A brokerage holds one tier or the other, and Dominance AI includes the $249 one.
Yes. On the $249 tier the sentence is turned into a live search of the listings your site is entitled to show, twelve to a page. On the $199 tier the sentence pre-fills the search form, so the visitor sees exactly what will be searched before it runs.
Only if they are signed in and have accepted the MLS® Terms of Use, the same gate every other sold figure on your site sits behind. For anyone else the sold fields are removed from the response before it leaves our server, and the assistant explains why they are locked.
When one named property is in the conversation and you have switched the form on, the assistant offers a short form: name, email, phone and an optional note. It is sent to your CRM attached to that listing, so it arrives assigned and with context. A visitor who is only browsing is not asked.
No. The panel says "Can use AI" at all times, and it never speaks as an agent. It hands the visitor to your team through the form or the showing booking rather than impersonating anyone.
When RealViu supplies the key, your portal shows the month's ceiling and what has been used. At the ceiling the assistant keeps answering from your articles word for word until the month resets. It never goes silent, and you can supply your own key at any time.
Add the assistant to Growth, or start on Dominance AI where it is included. Upload your Knowledge base, pick where it sits, and it answers from your material and your feed the same day.
