Will the assistant use anything I did not upload?
No. It answers only from your material and the curated help articles that come with the platform. When a question is not covered it says it does not have that information and offers to connect the visitor with a team member. Outside knowledge is excluded by design, whichever key is answering.
What can I upload?
PDF, Word documents and plain text, up to 10 MB each. The text is extracted, split into short passages and embedded. Scanned PDFs with no text layer contain no usable text and are refused with that message.
What if I have no AI key?
The assistant still answers, returning the matching passage word for word with no model involved. Dominance AI and the AI Assistant add-on come with a RealViu-supplied key and a monthly limit; you can also bring your own key from Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenAI, OpenRouter or Ollama Cloud.
Who pays for AI answers?
On a RealViu-supplied key, usage counts against the monthly limit shown on the panel, and nothing is spent against a limit that cannot be measured. On your own key, your provider bills you directly, and your key is always used ahead of a supplied one.
What is recorded when I upload?
The upload itself, plus an acknowledgement: your name and email, the disclaimer version you accepted, the time, and keyed fingerprints of the connection. The record is append-only and is the acceptance evidence described in Section 13 of the Terms.
Can I remove material later?
Yes. Removing an upload removes every passage it created, and the assistant stops using it from that moment. Removal does not recall answers already delivered to visitors.
